Ernest is a distinguished founding member of IHUD, serving as the Head of the Human Resources Department and Secretary of the Scientific Council. Additionally, he actively engages in marketing and promoting research works, contributing articles on Integral Education and Integral Nomology. Holding a Lead Auditor Certificate for Integrated Management Systems, he excels as a presenter of clips, a world-class teacher in PPT presentations and meeting skills, and an expert in communications and quality control. Ernest is a seasoned participant in scientific and educational conferences worldwide, sharing insightful articles on the social platform "Medium." He also holds senior positions on various advisory committees and imparts his extensive experience by teaching ISO standards aligned with IHUD principles, both in physical and online settings.
